Alex Pettyfer as Finnick Odair

Now, I know many of you will hate me for this post. But I agree to this more than him as Peeta. As he looks now, I doubt he could pass as 16; even if he is only 20.

So, lets keep the hotness that is Alex and give him a well deserved roll!

Born 10 April 1990, Alex is an English actor and model. In June 2005, he was cast in his most prominent role so far, that of teenage MI6 spy Alex Rider in the film Stormbreaker, based on the novel by Anthony Horowitz. Pettyfer will not reprise the role if there is another Alex Rider film because he is too old.

He next appeared in Wild Child, a movie set in California and Yorkshire. He played school boy Freddie Kingsley and he co-starred with Emma Roberts. He will star in the film Beastly, based on the novel by Alex Flinn; to be released in 2010.

Haha I love him too ! I didn’t recognize hinm at first cause I remember him when he was lik, 16. But yes, he would make a better Finnick !

Personally, I never pictured Alex Pettyfer as Peeta. He’s way too old and way too muscular. Now, seeing him with bronze hair, as described in the book as Finnick’s hair color, I’d be upset if Finnick was cast as anyone BUT him. Perfect choice, if he can cover his English accent and maybe get a tan, as he is from District 4, out in the Sun all day.

Yes you are exactly right he is perfect for Finnick and with a couple agustments, such as hair colour and a tan you could literally give him a trident and fishnet and he’s ready to go. He is perfect and exactly how I amagined Finnick he’s bang on so I’m hopping he is cast as Finnick as well.

I always picture Alex as Peeta just because in the first book he seemed more sexy than loser(I honestly thought of him as a loser after seeing Josh Hutcherson play him in the movie)rather than Finnick. I always pictured Benjamin Stone as Finnick!
