HEYY everyone!!! I have some bad news =( I am going of to camp today and I wont be back until the middle of July.  I’m not allowed to have any technology there so I cant make any FanFiction Friday posts for a while =..( So here is this weeks post!!

This story follows Ellison Greven, a writer from the capitol, as she is forced to visit the ghosts of her past, and live through the horror of her present. As District 7 has no victor, she is forced to mentor the girl tribute until a victor has been named. When she develops an unlikely bond with this tribute, Ellison realizes that she needs to start to realize that what happened in the past needs to be recorded, from a district’s point of view.

This week I choose a story from FanFiction.net.  I choose a different story from the same author, BlackOpal, a few weeks ago and now I have a different one story to post on that I think is equally as wonderful.  This story is called Burning Embers.

“What do you want?” I ask. Snow’s staring at me with the same kind of sick humor he had when he showed me the detonator. He has all the power there in his manicured hands.

“Katniss,” he say and clucks his tongue. I feel like a little girl being scolded for breaking my mother’s favorite lamp. Only Snow is not my mother and I only wish it was a lamp. “You know. You know exactly what I want.” His voice is tender. It beckons me. I take a few steps towards him, but Gale holds me back. I can feel his fingers pressing into my muscles. He won’t let me do this.

But he doesn’t have a choice.

Snow nods in agreement with me. Yes, we cannot let Gale get in the way of our agreement. He’d ruin everything. “You can save him Katniss,” he purrs, “it’s so simple.” The blood-rose smell intoxicates me. “I only want your death. I want to see you suffer just as you have made me suffer.”

When President Snow is captured and taken to the Rebels caves he is given to his exectuioner. Katniss.  The only problem is that when she kills Snow, he kills Peeta.

This week I have chosen one of the stories from the author HalfHope.  This story is called Sing For Me.

This story is about Katniss’s parents in their teenage years before they got married.  As Ruth (Katniss’s mother) fights her internal battle between going after the once she loves and having to give up her wealth and luxury for a life of hardship or get married to the man that her parents choose for her, therefore not having true love but having the life of ease that she is accustomed to.

This week I have chosen Down Will Come Baby from HalfHope.  This is the story that was written after Hush, Little Baby.

If you haven’t read Hush, Little Baby then you will probably need to.

With Orion born, Peeta back, and the rebellion in full swing, Katniss will have to make some life changing decisions.  As rebels start to lose hope and leave the rebellion Katniss, being their leader, will have to risk all that she has for the chance that her son will have a better life.

This week I choose the story Hush, Little Baby by HalfHope on Fanfiction.net

What would happen if Peeta and Katniss’s baby was real?  With Katniss’s pregnancy progressing and Peeta no where to be found Gale tries to make Katniss his.  What will she choose? Wait for Peeta who they have no clue if where his is or if he is even alive? Or will she choose Gale who is near and happy to raise a child that’s not his?

I got an email from the author of one of my favorite stories the other day (I have a lot of favorites!!) and she said that she would be making a crossover story on TheGirlonFire.com!! Here goes!!

The story is called The Truency Police and Edward Cullen by Taluthia (She is also the author of Mockingjay: The End of it All.  I posted on that a few weeks ago but if you didn’t go and check it out I suggest you do so!! She is an awesome writer!!)

–Once upon a time… I had a dream that Effie Trinket was leader of the Truancy Police. She was prepping for the first ever Hunger Games. You might as well read what happens in this epic novel, because, well, because I really had this as a dream!

And I know how much everyone hates Twilight to be compared to H.G,  but you’re going to have to blame my subconcious on this one. It was a real dream!–

(I just used the original summary of the story.  She captured all the H.G./Twilight/awesome/randomness right there!! =D)
