American actor, singer, and model, best known for his role as James Garrett on the Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101, as Jake Pearson in the 2009 film Aliens in the Attic and as Jordan Gallagher in Ruby & The Rockits.
We haven’t had a Cast Suggestion for awhile but this one seemed great!

Gerard Butler as Haymitch
(born 13 November 1969) Scottish actor, who has appeared on film, stage, and television. A trained lawyer, Butler turned to acting in the mid-1990s with small roles in English productions such as the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies, which he followed with steady work on television, most notably in the American miniseries Attila. He garnered critical acclaim for his breakthrough work as the lead in Joel Schumacher’s 2004 film adaptation of the musical The Phantom of the Opera. In 2007, Butler gained worldwide recognition through his portrayal of King Leonidas in the film 300. Since then, he has appeared in projects including P.S. I Love You, RocknRolla, The Ugly Truth, and The Bounty Hunter .

Hanna Marks as Foxface
The female tribute from District Five. The nickname “Foxface” was given to her by Katniss after seeing her on the TV when they announced the contestants of the hunger games saying “A girl that looks like a fox” Katniss shares this nickname to only Rue and Peeta Foxface’s real name is never revealed.
(born April 13, 1993) She appeared in the 2006 feature film Accepted as Lizzie Gaines as well as guest starred in many television programs such as Ugly Betty and CSI: Miami. Hannah played Tammy in The Runaways, a 2010 biographical film based on the 1970s all-girl rock band of the same name.
I know most of us picture her as a red head, but I skimmed the book and couldn’t find her dicribed as such. Feel free to give a page number if you can find out her hair color. Either way, her hair could be colored.

His eyes and smile just seem to scream Cinna! Cut the hair and give him some fabric; what do you think? Is he your Cinna?
