(Born 28 February 1991) An Irish actress, known for her role as Princess / Lady Mary Tudor on The Tudors and for her role as Mallory Grace in The Spiderwick Chronicles.
If you have ever watch her on The Tudors, you can see the Katniss in her eyes.

(Born December 8, 1993) is an American film and television actress, and singer. She gained prominence in 2005 with starring roles in Because of Winn-Dixie and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and subsequently starred in the 2007 film Bridge to Terabithia and the 2009 film Race to Witch Mountain.
I know we have seen her as a Katniss pick in the past. I think she is a great actress and to have her in the film would only elevate it. To me, she is more of a Madge than a Katniss.

Yara Shahidi as Rue
She began her career when she was six years old, appearing in television and print advertisements for companies such as McDonald’s, Ralph Lauren, Target, GapKids, Disney, Guess Kids, and Children’s Place. She frequently worked with her mother and younger brother in various print and broadcast campaigns.
Shahidi made her theatrical debut in 2009, starring opposite Eddie Murphy, in Paramount Picture’s Imagine That, for which she received a Young Artist Award nomination.

(born November 13, 1991) is a Canadian actor who has the lead role in the Atom Egoyan-directed film Adoration. Recent roles included The Poet, a World War II drama starring Roy Scheider and Colm Feore, Saw VI as Brent and Assassin’s Creed: Lineage as Ezio Auditore. He also plays Erica’s deceased brother Leo in CBC’S Being Erica. He will play Rodrick in the upcoming film Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
